I am writing to thank Sonya sangster of Direct Conveyancing.
She was of great assistance to us late last year when, unfortunately our conveyancers were closed over the Christmas and new year period.
Without going into detail I was reccomended her services after the agent contacted us to advice that the vendor wished to withdraw for the sale. We signed our agreements in September 2019 and agreed on a settlement date of February 3 2020.
The agent acting for the vendor contracted our convayancers and knew they were unavailable until January presenting us with a position which we had never been in before and no idea the hows and whys, or where to get help.
Sonya Sangster explained the situation to us fully, advising us as to our rights and obligations under the contract and requested our permission for her to liaise with the Agent in the matter presented to her.
Sonya acted on our behalf liasing with the vendors agent, ALWAYS, updating our Convayancer along the way and sending information and contacting them in regards to our situation upon his return in January.
Sonya was throughout the process calm, clear and gave us the confidence and assurance that we had a water tight contract which would stay in place.
Sonya acted only in our best interest, explaining that she had no interest in taking over the work and act for us, as we had engage our conveyancer, who was part of a great Conveyancing team, but was happy to step in and help us in our time of need.
I can not speak highly enough of Sonya and her team and am pleased to say I have been able to reccomend her and use her conyanancing services since.
As first time buyers we felt confused and lost, Sonya assisted us greatly explaining the process and did so often after hours.
Sonya Sangster and her team are dedicated highly knowledgeable and later we confirmed that it was indeed correct when she had advised.
Our conyanancer (Kenton of Reed Conyanancers) was most grateful to Sonya , in that we were not left in limbo and that had Sonyas efforts were to be commended.
The advice she gave was accurate and correct and thankfully, we did not have to worry about things, as she worked hard to ensure our desired outcome, noting I did not know her, I was not her client and she did all of this after hours and over weekends until our Conveyancer came back from Christmas leave.
After this great outcome, we have referred other clients to Sonya and her team who have been very grateful for her efforts and advised us how Sonya goes beyond and above what is expected.
I would have no hesitation in reccomending Sonya and her team and am only sorry I did know of her prior to our purchase as I would have definatly engage with her for any future property matters.

I am writing to thank Sonya sangster of Direct Conveyancing.
We write to you with thanks in referencing your services provided earlier this year. We had a complex conveying situation with the settlement of our property. This included some unique contractual matters due to the impacts of COVID.
During this time the team at Direct Conveyancing, lead by Sonya worked with our lender and the property agent to keep the contract alive. Sonya was very diligent in providing regular, thorough and professional advice to all parties on timelines and ensured contractual obligations were being administered.
Given the circumstances and although Sonya always provided regular updates, for reasons outside of our her and our control (bank delays) the vendor and their conveyancer were unreasonable and not cooperative in coming to a mutual agreement.
Sonya went above and beyond to represent our best interests in a professional manner and also provided us with external solicitors advice in support of her communications and to assist us though the situation.
We were very happy with the outcome that we feel was a fair settlement position. We would recommend Sonya to provide conveyancing services and will use her services again for future conveyancing.
